Journey drummer Deen Castronovo has pled not guilty to aggravated assault charges pressed against him by his girlfriend last month. The charges follow a domestic dispute in West Salem, Oregon during which concerned neighbors called the police and Castronovo was arrested. He was taken into custody and held on a number of charges including recklessly endangering another person, interfering with making a police report, criminal mischief and harassment.

He was taken into custody and held on a number of charges including recklessly endangering another person, interfering with making a police report, criminal mischief and harassment. According to TMZ, a spokesperson for the drummer has described the situation as a "misunderstanding" saying: "It was a misunderstanding that should not have been escalated to such a level in the first place."

Various sources have since reported that the incident actually included two separate fights. The initial fight reportedly led to the assault, and another fight occurred after Castronovo followed his girlfriend out of the house and prevented her from contacting her father.

"We are always looking for new ways to re-energize our live shows," said Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts. "We thought bringing out these bands, whom are among some of our favorite vocal groups, would make a great night of entertainment!"

While no official release date has been set, it is being rumored that Rihanna's February 20 birthday might be the date it is released. "I promised! 1st on the agenda '12 #CAKE," Ri-Ri tweeted back in December. Da Internz, who had a hand in crafting the tune alongside The-Dream, also took to Twitter to share some news.

Urban provided an original song, "For You," which is featured in the film's closing credits. In addition to Urban's "For You," the track listing includes "I Was Here" by Lady Antebellum.
