The clip finds her character in the studio tracking a duet with Jussie Smollett's Jamal Lyon and helping "dig deep to overcome personal difficulties and reach a musical breakthrough." News of the guest appearance broke earlier this month.

Tim McGraw has released a new lyric video for the single "How I'll Always Be." The track is pulled from McGraw's most recent release Damn Country Music and finds lyrics to the new track placed over video footage of McGraw in the studio, on the road, and hanging out behind the scenes. McGraw is the latest musician urging fans to help out victims of the Louisiana flood.

John Lennon's Murderer Denied Parole For Ninth Time

John Lennon's murderer has been denied parole for the ninth time. Mark Chapman, who shot the Beatles legend in New York City on December 1, 1980, met earlier this month with a three board parole committee who has extended his prison term for at least another three years. Chapman was sentenced to 20 years to life for killing Lennon.

Eddie Vedder Duets With Elvis Costello At Ohana Fest

Eddie Vedder connected earlier this month with Elvis Costello for a rendition of the latter's track "(What's So Funny 'Bout) Peace, Love and Understanding?" at the Ohana Festival in California. He also appeared during the set of former Pearl Jam drummer Jack Irons. Eddie's also has made some non-musical connections recently as he was cradled by Dennis Rodman.

Ariana Grande And Nicki Minaj Release 'Side To Side' Video

Ariana Grande and ,Nicki Minaj have collaborated on a new song, "Side To Side." The two pop stars just put the music to a film, which is akin to a workout video. The video features Grande and Minaj doing various workout routines. Many of the workout modes require a complete makeover, so their look changes throughout the video.

Beyoncé has won big at the recent Video Music Awards. Queen Bey took the Video of the year award for "Formation," as well as "Best Female Video for "Hold Up," Best Pop Video for "Formation," Breakthrough Long-Form Video for "LEMONADE," Best Choreography for "Formation," Best Direction for "Formation," Best Cinematography for "Formation," and Best Editing for "Formation."
