Jennifer Lopez might be the next diva to set up shop in Las Vegas, as she is reportedly nearing a multi-million-dollar deal for her first residency. According to TMZ, which obtained details of the contract, Lopez is being offered $350,000 per show to perform at The Axis at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the same venue Britney Spears and her "Piece of Me" residency calls home.
