According to reps for the singer/actor, the rumors are "just silly" and Timberlake is solely focusing on his upcoming films The Social Network, Bad Teacher and Friends With Benefits at the present moment. In addition to his busy acting schedule, the "Sexy Back" star is also making headlines over his fashion line William Rast.

According to reps for the singer/actor, the rumors are "just silly" and Timberlake is focusing on his upcoming films The Social Network, Bad Teacher and Friends With Benefits at the present moment.

In addition to his busy acting schedule, the "Sexy Back" star is also making headlines over his fashion line William Rast. The 29-year-old recently inked a deal to bring the line to Target stores, which is expected to take place between December 19, 2010 and January 22, 2011.

"Originally comprised of only denim, the brand has expanded into a complete lifestyle collection, including leathers, outerwear, wovens and knits; known for delivering quality, fashion forward design, and premium fit," reads a description from the line's website.

According to bureau spokesperson Christine Gasparac, one of the seven physicians will now face an investigation by the California Medical Board.

The singer's primary doctor, Conrad Murray, has previously pleaded not-guilty to felony involuntary manslaughter charges and surrendered himself to authorities in California to stand trial earlier this year. He is set to appear in court in August and faces up to four years behind bars.

Brian Oxman, an attorney for MJ's father Joe Jackson, says of the decision to clear the doctors: "I am very disappointed. The misuse of medications by Michael Jackson in the last years of his life was excessive and to fail to bring that to the public eye is ignoring reality."

Following the demise of their former label Lyric Street Records, Rascal Flatts announced that they have signed a deal with Nashville-based record label Big Machine. The trio released eight albums with the Disney-owned Lyric Street label before the company shut down earlier this year. At a conference in Music City on Thursday, Rascal Flatts bassist and vocalist Jay DeMarcus confirmed their new deal with Big Machine, the home of Taylor Swift and several others.

Big Machine's president and CEO, Scott Borchetta, commented on the signing, calling it "a new beginning and a new partnership." He added that his "whole team is ecstatic."

"We feel we have so much left to do . . . . We're grateful someone wants us after 10 years," DeMarcus says.

Borchetta and the band also used this week's conference to unveil the artwork for the next Rascal Flatts album, Nothing Like This, which is due out in the fall.
